The Drunken Onion Get & Go kitchen is a Steamboat original, and strives to fill the specific needs of the Yampa Valley’s residents and visitors year round.
My name is Ben Stroock and I am the Chef and Owner of The Drunken Onion Get & Go Kitchen. I feel very fortunate to have lived in Steamboat since 1993, and to have started my family here. My entire time in Steamboat I have worked in the restaurant industry, and feel that I have found an area where Steamboat’s culinary needs have not been satisfied. Steamboat and the surrounding areas need an opportunity for people to purchase quality prepared foods at a fair price to serve in the comfort of their own homes.
